It is our top priority to ensure that all of our guests are able to come and enjoy our campground and enjoy it to the fullest. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

We adhere to requirements set forth by our insurance company. Please be advised that the following breeds of dog and their mixes are prohibited: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terrier (pit bulls), and Dobermans.
Our campground is on a private septic system and only registered guests are authorized to use our dump stations. Unregistered guests are prohibited from dumping at this location.
Our staff works tirelessly to keep our campground in pristine condition. This includes cleaning every site prior to each new arrival. Therefore we are unable to accommodate those guests wishing to arrive early, as this interrupts our preparations for our daily check-ins. Additional fees apply for arrivals prior to 1 pm for RV/Tent sites and 3 pm for cabins.
We ask all guests who are going out of the campground for the day to please adjust your thermostats in your campers/rv's accordingly to help conserve energy. Thank you.
Our campground does NOT offer extended/long-term/seasonal stays. Reservations for more than 2 weeks must be approved by management. Multiple stays of 2 weeks or more must be separated by a period of 7 consecutive days prior to being able to check back in for the next reservation. This location only offers a nightly rate, not weekly or monthly rates. Reservations not in compliance with these rules will be canceled automatically. Please call 802-296-6711 with inquiries regarding reservations that fall into this category.
Cut firewood CANNOT be brought into Vermont without a certification that it has been heat treated. Certified firewood is labeled to show that it is in compliance with state laws. Scrap lumber is prohibited as it can still carry live insects and diseases. Please visit firewood.vt.gov for further guidance.
Use of golf carts, ATVs, and all other similar vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Site or cabin numbers are not guaranteed when you make a reservation, only the site or cabin type. In order to guarantee a specific site or cabin number, add the Lock My Site feature for $25 per reservation. This is a one time fee per reservation and ensures that you get the specific site or cabin number that you want.
Please respect your neighbor and observe our quiet hours, 10pm to 8 am. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Non-compliance may result in ejection from the park without a refund.
We ask all guests to assist us in our recycling efforts. Vermont offers a zero sort recycling program that we comply with. Please contact one of our front office staff with any questions regarding these efforts.
RVs must be model year 2000 or newer and in good, operable condition with an RVIA seal affixed to the unit, unless approved by management

The RVIA Certification means that the manufacturer has met the design and construction standards that allow the unit to be used as a recreational vehicle. Trucks, vans, buses, trailers etc. that have been converted and intended to be used as a recreational vehicle must have the RVIA seal affixed to the unit in order to use any of our sites. It is the policy of this campground that any and all units using any of our sites must have the RVIA seal affixed to the unit.
Due to our location being in the beautiful green mountains of Vermont and also being surrounded by trees, satellite coverage is not available. Cable is provided at each site, with the only exception being the primitive tent site

Our heated swimming pool is open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend (weather dependent).
Hours of Operation are: 10 am to 7 pm, dusk, or as determined by management. The pool will be closed during periods of inclement weather as determined by management. Compliance with all posted pool rules is required.
-Dogs are the only types of pets allowed to stay in our cabins. No exceptions. There is a $25 per dog per night cleaning fee for every cabin (not including ADA service dogs).
-Our Pet Policy:
ADA service dogs are welcome. Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside the owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended or in cabins unattended. Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
As required by Vermont State Law: Quechee Pine Valley Campground is licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 225 of Title 32, V.S.A. to operate an establishment known as the Quechee Pine Valley Campground, 3700 Woodstock Rd., White River Junction, VT. 05001.
