In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, our campground has ADA compliant facilities. It is our top priority to ensure that all of our guests are able to come and enjoy our campground and enjoy it to the fullest. Guests in your party are your responsibility and must register at the front office, adhere to the Quechee Pine Valley Campground guidelines and policies, and pay any applicable fees. Adult & Child Visitor -Overnight Fee: $10.00 per person 

Cabin check-in is 3:00 p.m. & check-out is 11:00 a.m. Late departures will incur a late departure fee.

Cancellation terms vary by selected rate or package, accommodation type, and stay dates. Specific terms disclosed at booking take precedence over our standard cancellation policy.

All cancellations must be made by telephone. Email and text cancellations are not accepted.

• RV & Tent Sites: Cancel by 4 p.m. at least 7 days before arrival.
• Cabins: Cancel by 4 p.m. at least 14 days before arrival.
• Eligible refunds are subject to a $20 administrative cancellation fee.
• Reservations made or cancelled inside these deadlines have non-refundable deposits.

• Modifications are subject to availability, applicable restrictions, and current rates.

ALL AMENITY PACKAGE RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Package reservations are non-refundable regardless of accommodation type or cancellation date.
• No refunds or credits are provided for cancellations, unused nights, or unused package amenities.
• Package rates are for new reservations only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.
• Existing reservations may not be cancelled, rebooked, repriced, transferred, or modified to obtain package pricing or benefits or to circumvent offer terms.
• Package rates cannot be combined with Good Sam or other discounts, promotions, special rates, or offers.

All RV sites, tent sites, and cabins require 30 days' cancellation notice unless otherwise stated. Reservations made or cancelled within 30 days have non-refundable deposits. Certain holidays and special events may have unique terms disclosed at booking.

• No refunds or credits are provided on or after the scheduled arrival date, including for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights.
• No refunds are provided for the discomforts of nature or weather.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original credit/debit card.
• Cancellation policies may be amended during significant regional or national travel disruptions.
• The specific terms of the rate or package selected at booking control if they differ from the standard policy.

All reservations require up to a full stay deposit (including tax, resort, & other fees) due at the time of booking. All outstanding balances are due by the time of arrival.

Our campground is on a private septic system and only registered guests are authorized to use our dump stations. Unregistered guests are prohibited from dumping at this location.

Our staff works tirelessly to keep our campground in pristine condition. This includes cleaning every site prior to each new arrival. Therefore we are unable to accommodate those guests wishing to arrive early, as this interrupts our preparations for our daily check-ins. Additional fees apply for arrivals prior to 1 pm for RV/Tent sites and 3 pm for cabins.

We ask all guests who are going out of the campground for the day to please adjust your thermostats in your campers/rv's accordingly to help conserve energy. Thank you.

Our campground does NOT offer extended/long-term/seasonal stays. Reservations for more than 2 weeks must be approved by management. Multiple stays of 2 weeks or more must be separated by a period of 7 consecutive days prior to being able to check back in for the next reservation. This location only offers a nightly rate, not weekly or monthly rates. Reservations not in compliance with these rules will be canceled automatically. Please call 802-296-6711 with inquiries regarding reservations that fall into this category.

Please be mindful of the size of your flame. Reckless behavior will not be tolerated, including unsafe campfires. Burning plastic or other toxic materials is strictly prohibited. Pallets, scrap lumber, & uncertified firewood are also strictly prohibited.

Cut firewood CANNOT be brought into Vermont without a certification that it has been heat treated. Certified firewood is labeled to show that it is in compliance with state laws. Scrap lumber is prohibited as it can still carry live insects and diseases. Please visit firewood.vt.gov for further guidance.

Use of golf carts, ATVs, and all other similar vehicles is strictly prohibited.
