For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, every person staying overnight at Quechee Pine Valley Campground must be declared and registered to the reservation. All vehicles must also be registered and display any required parking pass.
The registered reservation holder is responsible for providing an accurate total number of overnight occupants and for ensuring that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the reserved accommodation.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy limits may not be exceeded by paying an additional guest charge, bringing additional bedding, sleeping in vehicles, or otherwise accommodating additional overnight guests.
Guest Registration Required
By making, confirming, or checking in for a reservation, the reservation holder certifies that the number of overnight guests disclosed to Quechee Pine Valley Campground is complete and accurate and that the party will remain within the maximum occupancy permitted for the reserved accommodation.
Any additional overnight guest must be reported to and approved by the campground before occupying the site or cabin. Registration requirements apply even when an additional guest arrives separately, is visiting another registered guest, or does not require additional bedding or amenities.
Undeclared Guests
Guests who stay overnight but are not disclosed and registered to the reservation are considered undeclared guests.
Reservations found to have undeclared overnight guests are subject to a minimum $250 undeclared guest charge, in addition to any applicable per-person charges or other fees.
If the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum occupancy of the reserved RV site or cabin, the excess occupants will not be permitted to stay, regardless of payment of the undeclared guest charge.
Knowingly providing an inaccurate guest count, concealing additional occupants, transferring parking passes, or otherwise attempting to circumvent guest-registration or occupancy requirements may also result in cancellation of the reservation or removal from the resort without refund.
Certification
By completing the reservation and/or check-in process, the reservation holder certifies that:
-All persons who will occupy the RV site or cabin overnight have been accurately disclosed.
-The maximum occupancy of the reserved accommodation is known and agrees that it will not be exceeded.
-All overnight guests and vehicles must be registered with Quechee Pine Valley Campground and that undeclared guests may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund.
